REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you plan to return any of the purchased articles from Good for Wellness Mushroom coffee, then you should contact us within 30 days of the purchase; otherwise, we won’t accommodate your return claim.
You may follow the steps like:

- We do not process return requests by phone call or voice message.
In case you fall within our claim policies:
- We will email you with a prepaid return slip within the next 24 to 42 hours of the email received by you.
- You can place or send us the bag through the mail, and once we have received it, we will send the other product to the same address.
- Don’t worry about the refund because we will process your refund as soon as we receive your package back at our warehouse.
- The refund will be processed within the next 1-2 business days, or it might take more days than this, depending on the working hours.
- Once it’s processed and verified by the official, you will have to wait for 10 to 12 days till we send the new product back to you at the mentioned address.
- If you don’t return the package within the next 30 days of the return claim, then you should not expect a return from us. GFW will not refund any of the product or even give you a response.
- If the shipment is returned to us, you may request a full refund for the product being ordered, or you can reship the order with some additional shipment fee.

Refused Packages
Below is the refund package policy that you should know:
Given the choice of the refund package, you will have to accept it or contact us immediately as soon as we process the return of the package claimed.
Moreover, if you refuse to accept the package for any reason other than the damage to the package, we are liable to give you the refund; however, if the package is damaged already and you claim the refund, then we won’t process it.
If you wish to refuse the package for any reason like, there is some sort of damage to the package or the items in the package, then you will not be charged and you will not have to pay the shipping cost. Whereas, if the package is received successfully at the warehouse, we will either return you the shipping cost or reship you a new product with no hidden or additional cost.
Lastly, if you determine that the package is damaged before even opening it, and then claim the return, then we are liable to return you back the complete amount associated with the package. The scenario caused damage to the seal of the package, causing a leak to the product, slash or puncture wound through the package – you are liable for claiming a return.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, THEN WE WILL NOT PROCESS ANY REFUND, AND IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE, THEN WE WILL PROCESS YOUR REFUND WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL OR HIDDEN SHIPPING COST.
